Is it possible to purchase without any registration on website?

Yes, add your desired items to the cart, and "check out as guest".

Is it possible to purchase as private user or is it necessary to have a VAT number?

Our website offers the opportunity to buy as private user or as company.

I'm a wholesaler. Can I distribute your products?

Yes, wholesalers or Companies are welcome to buy in view of ongoing purchases. If interested please send your detailed request to dealers@castorswheels.com. Our dedicated team will contact you for all the needed info to enroll you as Partner/wholesaler.

How can I find the item I'm specifically looking for?

Please check in the homepage the "PRODUCT SET UP", enter 1 or more parameters, and you will get the closest results to your research.

If the item is "not available", how can I order it?

Yes, if the item availability status is "available for order" or "shipped within xxx days" means that the item is temporarily out of stock, however available for being ordered. In this case, at the order placement, our customer care will send an email with all details regarding foreseen delivery time.

Are the products covered by warranty?

Yes, under legal guarantee artt 130-132 Legislative Decree 206/2005 all products sold on our Website are covered by a warranty period of 1 year for sales direct to Business Companies, and 2 years for sales direct to private consumer.

Is the merchandise return allowed?

Yes, it is possible to return the purchased merchandise within 14 days from merchandise receipt date. Merchandise return shipping costs are at your Client's expenses. (detailed information in GENERAL SALES TERMS section RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

Can I get a reimbursement for defective goods?

Yes, reimbursement for defective or non compliant goods, can be requested to us. Upon receipt of the request, our customer care will send an email informing how to get refunded.

Can I can have merchandise shipped to a different address other than the invoicing one?

Yes, at the order's check out, you will be requested to enter the "customer details". If merchandise has to be sent at the same address of the invoice, please check "SHIP TO INVOICING ADDRESS", otherwise easily enter the desired address's details for the delivery.

When will I receive the merchandise? How long will it take?

Delivery time is approx between 2 and 5 working days. In case of merchandise temporarily out of stock, timing might change, in this case the Customer Care Operator will inform you via email about the foreseen delivery date

Which are the accepted payment methods?

Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, VPay, Maestro), bank wire transfer, PayPal

How do I receive my order's invoice?

You will receive the invoice as soon as the courier will pick up the goods. The invoice will be sent, via email to the address indicated at the order's placement. Datas cannot be modified once the invoice has been issued.
